Fish Creek Natives is a small local nursery with a simple idea at its heart: to grow native plants that truly belong in Fish Creek and surrounds.

Founded by James Elliott, Fish Creek Natives grows quality tubestock from seed James collects locally in and around Fish Creek and South Gippsland.

James stores and pretreats the seed then carefully propagates and nurtures each plant at our Fish Creek nursery. Plants are grown naturally, with patience and care, before being made available to local gardeners, landholders and anyone wanting to bring more indigenous plants back into the landscape.

By growing from locally sourced seed, we're helping preserve the unique character and biodiversity of our part of South Gippsland. These are plants with genuine local provenance, suited to the local environment and connected to the landscape they came from.

Whether you're revegetating a property, creating habitat for native wildlife, planting a windbreak or simply adding some beautiful local natives to your garden, we'd love to help.
