Bursaria spinosa subsp. spinosa (Sweet Bursaria)
DESCRIPTION: Is an evergreen shrub with dense, spreading foliage and small, oval-shaped green leaves. It produces clusters of small, sweetly scented white flowers during summer. The plant is adaptable to a wide range of soil types, including clay, loam, sandy loam, clay loam and nutrient-poor soils. It’s also hardy, low-maintenance species that attracts a variety of wildlife such as bees, nectar-eating birds, seed-eating birds, butterflies and other insects.
